Jon Schneider, Chief Financial Officer for Providence Real Estate, oversees the areas of accounting, finance, tax, and treasury. Jon joined Providence in May of 2014.
Vondie is a Senior Vice President for Providence Real Estate with the primary responsibilities for property management operations. Vondie is responsible for the supervision of all the Providence Real Estate teams in Florida, Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina.
Lisa is Regional Vice President for Providence Real Estate where she oversees all aspects of property operations, daily management and asset management functions for the multifamily portfolio.
Brant is a Regional Vice President who oversees a portfolio of Florida properties in the Tampa, Brandon, Lakeland and Orlando markets. Brant oversees the daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement strategies. He also works closely with Providence Management Company's asset management team on acquisitions, due diligence, and dispositions.
Lisa is a Regional Vice President who oversees a portfolio of Georgia properties in the Atlanta, McDonough and Marietta markets. Lisa oversees the daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement strategies. She also works closely with Providence Management Company's asset management team on acquisitions, due diligence, and dispositions.
As Vice President, Asset Management, Lisa is responsible for the asset management strategy across the portfolio, which includes execution of the business plan, capital allocation, debt management and other strategic initiatives to optimize performance.
Karen Phillips is Vice President, Human Resources for Providence Real Estate, responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll Administration, and Associate Relations.
Steven is an Acquisitions Associate at Providence. He is involved in a variety of real estate functions in acquisitions, asset management, and fund management. Steven is primarily responsible for the analytic evaluation of acquisition opportunities predominantly by underwriting (modeling) future property and fund cash flows as well as building and operating the fund management financial models.
As Investor Relations Director, Linda is responsible for managing communications between Providence Real Estate and its investors.
Joshua is the Director of IT who oversees all IT related projects. He assists the operational teams with discovering more efficient ways to be productive while not sacrificing the quality of work. Joshua works closely with corporate, accounting and on-site teams to give the best guidance and solutions for the betterment of processes.
As Vice President, Fund Accounting, Ann is responsible for all people and processes in Fund Accounting and Admin Management. Ann also supports the forecasting and budgeting process as well as liaisons with our external accountants to coordinate completion of audits and tax returns.
Kelly Shoemake, Accounting Operations Manager for Providence, oversees the areas of accounts payable, procurement and online catalog management. Kelly joined Providence in August of 2016.
