Providence Management Company, LLC. has been an active operator, manager, and asset manager of multi-family residential communities since 1986.  PMC consists of a group of professionals dedicated to searching for, identifying and acquiring multifamily properties seeking to create increased cash flow and capital appreciation through improving, renovating, managing, repositioning, operating and financing properties until an exit strategy is implemented.

Property Characteristics       

  • Garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise apartment communities
  • 100 units minimum
  • Convenient access and visibility
  • Unit mix and floor plans competitive with sub-market
  • Construction period 1970’s, 1980’s and 1990’s
  • Moderate rehabilitation to significant demolition and re-positioning
  • Suburban and urban core locations
  • Amenities consistent with property features and sub-market
