- Garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise apartment communities
- 100 units minimum
- Convenient access and visibility
- Unit mix and floor plans competitive with sub-market
- Construction period 1970’s, 1980’s and 1990’s
- Moderate rehabilitation to significant demolition and re-positioning
- Suburban and urban core locations
- Amenities consistent with property features and sub-market
