Bruce LaMotte

Bruce is a principal and co-founder of PMC with primary responsibility for asset acquisition, disposition, supervising property management and providing strategic planning.  Bruce currently formulates acquisition strategy, supervises contract negotiation and due diligence efforts, assists in the preparation and review of budgets and financial projections, and shares oversight of the asset management process and assists with debt and equity placements. He also directs various members of the senior staff. 

Bruce has been involved with the acquisition of nearly 20,000 apartments and in excess of 5,000 acres of land for companies including Life Investors Insurance Company (now Aegon), VMS Realty, Commonwealth Pacific, and AMLI Realty. In this capacity, he has worked with institutional investors as well as high net worth individuals. His history includes significant experience in land acquisition/assembly and development with an emphasis in difficult/barrier to entry markets; supervision of acquisition staff and coordination of acquisition activities for various real estate investors; and working with various debt and equity sources to capitalize the projects acquired or developed.  Bruce holds a business major from University of Northern Iowa, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, and serves as a Board of Director on the National Multi Housing Council.
