Craig Knight

Craig, a principal in PMC, is Director of Development/Construction Services, overseeing all aspects of development, redevelopment, and construction of the assets in the PMC portfolio. He has significant development and construction expertise with an emphasis in the multifamily arena. His responsibilities include determining a scope of work, preparing specifications, hiring professionals, negotiating contracts, supervising and monitoring field work, and liaison with lenders and investors in connection with capital budgets.

Craig has worked for Turner Construction where he managed the development and construction process for entitlement and improvement for over .5 million square feet of building and improved 1,500 acres of raw land.  At AMLI Realty, he managed the daily operations of a property management company with emphasis on a 1,400-unit multifamily portfolio overseeing all aspects of property and asset management functions, including lender and investor relations.  He also worked on projects with an aggregate build-out of in excess of $450 million. He holds a B. S. degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Mechanical Engineering with a Business minor.
