Lisa Croushorn
Lisa is Vice President of Property Management for PMC where she oversees all aspects of property operations, daily management and asset management functions for the multifamily portfolio. Lisa supervises site staff and works closely with the construction group in determining and prioritizing property improvement schedules.
Lisa started her real estate career as an Assistant Manager at a 418-unit apartment community and moved to the corporate office to head up Human Resources, administrative functions to Director of Operations, research, train, and aid in the implementation of Yardi software to site personnel and corporate staff. After the completion of the software conversion Lisa moved into multi-site management. At one point she was responsible for 16 properties covering 3 states with over 2400 units and 80 employees.
Prior to joining PMC, her work history includes:
- Marketing Manager for a regional Training and Development Company, specializing in Total Quality Management, Sales Training, and Team Building.
- Five years with a regional department store, heading up department level management in two of the top performing stores in the company.
- Managed multi-site retail locations for national retail chains in New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah.
Education includes all required IREM courses needed for Certified Property Manager designation and has attended numerous educational courses directed by the National Apartment Association. Lisa also attended an 18-month trade college with emphasis on Retail Management, Interior Design, and Advertising.
